Elly began working in financial services in 2009 after joining Aviva straight from college, then moving on to working for an independent pension provider where she got her initial introduction into the world of compliance. Elly moved from pensions into insurance in 2016, initially working for a network providing AR status and compliance services to motor dealerships for the purpose of selling insurance and consumer credit. This role focused on providing compliance advice and product governance management. Following this Elly moved into broking compliance with Brightside Insurance Services; this role saw her responsible for providing compliance advice for several companies within the group. Elly joined ICS in autumn 2022 as a Technical Consultant to provide expert advice and support and manage her own portfolio of clients.
