Jane Davis brings over 25 years’ insurance industry experience to CMS, joining the team in 2008 from the Towergate Group, where she was a Branch Deputy Managing Director.

After specialising in claims management during the early part of her career, Jane later moved into business operations, compliance, staff training and competence. Her key duties at Towergate included internal audit, systems improvement, complaints handling and the creation and implementation of new documentation and procedures. Several of the procedures introduced were rolled out across the Group as ‘best practice’ at national level.

Jane is a qualified Legal Executive.
